Warranty
Quality is our priority that we are fully committed to. We want to ensure that our products can be safely used within the designed lifespan for our customers.
Up to 10 years warranty available on featured products. 1-5 years all hazards warranty available for most of the products. The warranty policy is subjected but not limited to the following general instructions:
1.Hoses should slowly increase the pressure to the working pressure. Hoses should avoid any bends, and the instant working pressure should not exceed 1.2 times of the normal working pressure.
2.Hoses should not be dragged on rough ground, right angles, sharp objects or be used in the harsh environment unless specified in the product features.
3.During the storage, hoses should avoid the contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, or other corrosive liquids or gases, and should be kept at a distance of 5 meters from the heat source.
